There are too many disasters on film this season. Dylan Dog: Dead of Night, is near the bottom of the bottom.
Without following the comic book style and design this alcoholic detective has little to offer his client and those of us watching his work.
We continue to ask ourselves is this a comedy or horror presentation. Well, there is some comedy, his partner looses and arm and is given a black arm as a replacement. Sam Huntington is Marcus who receives the used arm and brings some minor comedy to the story.
The violent noisy bloody monsters fill the screen and we wonder why when no clear explanation of the situations are offered. Dylan Dog just floats through the mayhem and murder and replacement parts with the dead, undead and living.
No matter what Brandon Routh does as Dylan Dog he misses on all fronts and we are the losers.
