If a location were to be selected where traumatized police officers worked out their problems would it be in a wintry snow bound isolated former defense bunker?

Sylvester Stallone finds himself in just such a location after a serial cop killer passes him by and kills his wife after drilling out her eye.

We are not surprised when the killer shows up at the bunker and during a powerful confining snow storm begins to drill more eyes.  What is surprising is the quality cast made up in part of Charles Dutton, Robert Patrick, and Robert Prosky who were willing to participate in this limited Halloween style horror slaughter flick.
