An uncomfortable mix of comedy and murder based on a scheme to grab a large parcel of real estate.
Christian Slater stars as a looser whose brother is killed by the gang he is attempting to rid the city of. Slater swears to get the killer and takes his brother's place on a private police force.
Filled with silly comedy, even moments after the death of the brother the script never amounts to anything. The opening scene in their underwear is probably the highlight of the film.
