Robin Williams' Tom (double b) Dobbs is more profound than we expect as he moves from very popular comedian to a viable candidate for President. This look through cynical criticism of the American public election process is filled with some of the best comedy of the year along with biting sarcasm which rings true, but in Williams' hands there is no anger, just hold your stomach laughs.
