Brandon Lee, son of Bruce Lee, stars as Jake Lo, a college student with martial arts skills who witnesses a mob killing. The entire law enforcement system is corrupt and Jake must protect himself from the attacks of the underworld. His only ally is Mace Ryan (Powers Booth) a renegade Chicago cop who will do anything to get at Antonio Serrano (Nick Mancuso) the villain.
Rapid Fire fires enough rounds to win a war. There is little script and the film is merely a showcase for Brandon Lee's martial arts.
Don't expect much but the martial arts sequences which dominate the film are very well choreographed. Guess who wins?
